Titles often exist in several formats and editions. Check the ISBN and product details before adding a book to a list or requesting a quotation.
Search the catalogueA list is a working requirement. It can evolve as your team researches editions, agrees quantities and prepares for approval.
Create a list with a name your colleagues will recognise, such as “Year 7 English — Autumn 2026” or “Primary Library Refresh”.
Search the catalogue, check the ISBN and format, set the quantity and add each chosen title to the active list.
The active-list dock keeps the current requirement within reach while you move through search results and product pages.
Open the list to change quantities, remove items, check availability and add more titles before submitting it.
From Lists, you can rename, duplicate or archive a requirement and switch which list is active.
Open a saved list and choose Share list. Create the kind of secure link that matches what your colleague needs to do.
Use this for review or approval. Colleagues can see the current requirement but cannot change titles or quantities.
Use this for active collaboration. Colleagues can add or remove products and update quantities.

The working data includes quantities, titles, authors, ISBN13, formats, publishers, RRP, availability and supply status. In the EA framework context, current framework pricing may also be included according to the active pricing policy.
Pricing is reviewed rather than generated blindly. The final quotation makes the commercial and supply position clear before you proceed.
It helps with early planning but is not the confirmed organisation price.
The title, quantity, supplier terms, availability and delivery requirement are reviewed together. A discount is not guaranteed on every title.

No. The final price depends on the title, quantity, supplier terms, availability and delivery. Every price is confirmed in the formal quotation before you commit.
Only if you create an editable link. A view-only link lets colleagues review the requirement without changing it. Either link can be revoked.
Availability is reviewed before the quotation is issued. Shulph can identify back orders, record titles that cannot currently be quoted and help investigate alternatives or difficult-to-find editions.
